Illness Support is time sensitive, if you are feeling unwell, call or email.
Illness Support is available to clients 2+, although most herbal remedies are advised to clients 12+.

(W)Holistic Health Assessments are in-depth, client-centered Wellness Sessions that address what is important to you in the moment.
What you are experiencing and how you are feeling are important factors of your health. Wellness Sessions average one hour, allowing us time to talk and act on your health goals.
